I am 82 and recently had surgery to repair ruptured tendons in my left hand. I was referred to ProCare by my surgeon. I had never received therapy for anything in my life and I was very nervous, not knowing what to expect. My daughter-in-law kindly drove me to there. We walked in and was greeted by a very friendly young lady. She helped me get registered and answered any questions I had. I was then introduced to my therapist, who greeted me with a friendly smile. He put me at ease immediately with his great personality. He explained everything to my satisfaction as he went to work on my hand. At first, I was unable to bend my fingers. I thought there’s no way he’d be able to bend them without extreme pain. I was wrong. Each week, I was amazed at the improvement, as he would work on each finger. After three months of therapy, I have my hand and fingers back to doing everything. It’s great having two hands again! I owe it all to my terrific and talented therapist! I call him, Dr. Andy!
